The Die Stamped with Soft Enamel badge is made from a die and tool, like the Hard and Pro Enamel badges, but the enamel used is "soft enamel", which is in liquid form. Soft enamel is thinner than epoxy and will not rise to sit level with the top of the metal details as the Pro Enamel quality.  Soft enamel has a similar consistency to watercolor paints, as soft enamel is very thin.  The enamel surface of any pin with soft enamel will not be as durable as a Pro or Hard Enamel pin.  However, we can add a layer of epoxy, or transparent coating, on top of the pin to protect it.

The soft enamel is allowed to dry in an oven, so no extra grinding or polishing is required.  The Die Stamped with Soft Enamel pin can be made using steel (iron) or brass materials dyed or plated in gold.  We can make transparent colors with soft enamel.

Specifications: Brass or iron steel, approximately 0.8mm thick.  Sizes as small as 3/8" and as large as 3".  The Die Stamped with Soft Enamel pin (as with an pin with soft enamel color fill) is lighterweight than the Pro or Hard Enamel qualities, as the enamel is very thin and the material used is thinner.
